Billy's signature on envelope of The One And Only, 1982. The outer sleeve is stamped in gold "Promotional Copy Not For Resale". There are noticeable differences from earlier signatures. This one was given to a journalist during a promotional tour. There is no reason to doubt its authenticity, so assuming it is genuine, it must one of the last given by Billy.
