These pages are my own personal tribute to a man who in the early 60s, brought a great deal of excitement into many lives. I posted them because an extensive search failed to reveal any other site devoted to Billy. A few weeks later, an excellent site, produced by Nalle Westman in Finland appeared, and I thoroughly recommend it - there is a link on the Today page. But I'm glad that I was first.
